Jon Olsson & X Shore

We went out with Jon Olsson Delér for a ride in the beautiful bay of Monaco during the Monaco Yacht Show. Jon Olsson is an alpine ski racer and freeskier from Sweden with nine X Games medals, known for his invention of several new double flips. Cruising with the X Shore Boat was not what he had expected...

So first thing we're going to check out is the ... X Shore

Conrad:
Yeah.

Jon Olsson:
We're out here with Conrad. This is a fully electric boat.

Conrad:
100%.

Jon Olsson:
This is not what I expected with an electric boat.

Conrad:
Exactly.

Jon Olsson:
I expected it to be just slower cruising. And since we're passing by, there's a lot of boats here, but not a lot of truly innovative boats, fully electric.

Conrad:
Exactly. That is fast and fun.

Jon Olsson:
I was like, "Yeah, we're going out." And all of a sudden, like, "How am I going to stop recording now?"

Conrad:
Your hat was flying off.

Jon Olsson:
Yeah, but we managed to keep it in. It is always spectacular to go in and out of Monaco during the Yacht Show. It's kind of insane.
